| RasterVect is an image format converter. It can transform raster drawings into vector (DXF) format. Most CAD programs that use vector graphics support DXF files.
Raster images that are imported must be in BMP-format. There is TWAIN support for importing from scanners. Images can be acquired form almost any scanner. There are viewing tools like zooming and color selection.
It can recognize orthogonal and inclined lines, arches and circles. There is also support for correct corners at crossing orthogonal lines and line alignment. This program will be helpful to those that work with CAD conversions.
