| Currency Converter is aptly named because it does just that, it converts currencies. It will be helpful when working with foreign businesses and for planning trips out of the country.
This program supports over 200 currencies for conversion and allows exchange rates to be updated by Internet with the click of a button.
The converter itself uses two fields, one for each currency. The currencies are selected from a dropdown menu on each side. As soon as an amount is entered on one side, the converted amount is displayed on the other. There is even a "switch" button to reverse the conversion. A calculator is included in the control bar for quick calculations.
